MOMENTUM TRAINING PLAN

Individualized Training Plan (ITP)
– It will be adapted to the type of personnel hired: Technical, Predoctoral and Postdoctoral.
– It will include a training itinerary that will be carried out during the four years of contract.
– It will ensure the achievement of at least 240 ECTS.
– It shall include monthly training monitoring.
Annual Report
- Annual research/technical work.
- Assessable through a report of the responsible IP and an act of public defense in front of an expert committee.
- From 15 to 40 ECTS annually (60-160 ECTS throughout the 48 months of the contract).
Training Stays
- Stays in other research centers or national and international companies.
- Minimum stays equivalent to 20 ECTS (3 months) throughout the 48 months of the contract.
- Possibility of carrying out more stays up to covering a maximum of 60 ECTS in the entire contracted period.
Training in Digital Skills
- Courses and training activities related to digital skills taught by CSIC or by external entities.
- Masters, courses of high specialization, courses of expert, short and focused training (microcredencial), summer schools, etc.
- 60-180 ECTS throughout the 48 months of the contract.
Complementary Training
- Focused on acquiring transversal competencies necessary for the fulfillment of the objectives of the project and for the development of the professional career of the hired person.
- Courses, workshops, workshops, congresses, seminars, scientific outreach activities, mentoring etc.
- 0-40 ECTS throughout the 48 months of the contract..

Description
The Momentum Training Plan (MTP), the backbone of this programme, aims to train highly qualified personnel with advanced digital skills in the field of scientific and technical research.
This innovative approach to training, which takes advantage of the CSIC’s experience and training capacity, ensures that participants, through the design of an Individualized Training Plan (ITP), acquire theoretical and technical knowledge in digitalization, and develop essential skills to success in today’s world of work.
Each beneficiary will have a personalized Training Curriculum, which must include their entire educational itinerary. This curriculum will include Training Sheets with specific information on activities, their ECTS and impact.
